This Privacy Policy explains how Qubit Global Services Pvt Ltd ("Qubit Global", "we", "us", "our"), part of The QuantumV Group, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information collected through qubitglobal.in and its careers page (together, the "Site"). It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and job applicants who interact with the Site. It does not cover Qubit Global's internal employee systems, which are governed separately.
We only collect information you choose to give us by filling in a form on the Site. We do not require you to create an account to browse the Site.
If you enquire as a prospective client (via the Contact form), we collect: your full name, work email address, company name, the type of hiring support you're enquiring about, and any message you include.
If you apply for a role (via the Careers page), we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, current and preferred location, years of experience, current and expected compensation, notice period, key skills, the role you're applying for, and your resume (PDF).
We do not knowingly collect any special category of personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric information) through these forms, and we ask that you not include such details in free-text fields.
By submitting a form on the Site, you consent to Qubit Global processing the information you provide for these purposes, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
Form submissions on this Site (Contact and Careers) are processed through Netlify, our website hosting and forms provider, which delivers submissions to the Qubit Global talent and business development teams. Resumes and enquiry details are not stored in a separate Qubit Global database — they exist only as form submissions handled by Netlify and the internal notifications they generate.
The list of open roles shown on the Careers page is retrieved live from a Qubit Global database (hosted on Supabase) so postings stay current without manual updates to the Site. This is a one-way, read-only request — it does not involve sending any of your personal information to that database.
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Depending on your location, your browser may connect directly to Google's servers to fetch these fonts, which can expose your IP address to Google under its own privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use the Site for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
The Site does not currently set cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. If that changes — for example, if we add website analytics in future — we will update this policy to describe what's used and why.
We keep enquiry and application details for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — for job applicants, this generally means for the period we may reasonably consider you for current or future roles — after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless we're required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and access a summary of it; request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your data once it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for; withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal); and raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at sales@qubitv.in. Qubit Global should designate a named Grievance Officer for this purpose, as required under the Act, and update this section with their name and contact details.
The Site is intended for prospective clients and job applicants who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established providers (Netlify, Supabase) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
